Terms of Service

1.Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity you represent, "Customer", "you") and RANKVERI ("RANKVERI", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the RANKVERI software platform available at rankveri.com.

By registering an account, starting a trial, or using any part of the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

2.The RANKVERI Service

RANKVERI is an enterprise Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI visibility intelligence platform designed to:

• Measure and monitor brand citation rates, ranking positions, and share of voice across major AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok).
• Perform automated technical SEO and GEO page audits.
• Provide assisted writing of generative content, subject to mandatory human review and verification before publication.
• Facilitate direct one-click publishing integrations with supported Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

3.Accounts, Eligibility & Security

To access the Service, you must create a dedicated account by supplying accurate, complete, and current information. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into commercial agreements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any activity performed through your workspace or credentials shall be deemed carried out by you. You must immediately notify us at contact@rankveri.com in the event of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access.

4.Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

• Free Trial Period: We may provide a free trial period without requiring payment card details. Upon expiration, access to premium monitoring features requires selecting a paid plan.
• Recurring Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. They renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Price Modifications: RANKVERI reserves the right to modify pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days prior written notice to your account email.
• Taxes & Currencies: All fees are stated exclusive of applicable VAT and sales taxes, which will be calculated and remitted according to your jurisdiction.

5.Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing settings or by emailing contact@rankveri.com. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current active billing period; you retain full access until that date.

RANKVERI reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately without liability in the event of material breach of these Terms, failure of subscription payment, fraudulent activity, or abusive automated scraping.

6.Intellectual Property & Content Rights

The RANKVERI platform, software, scoring algorithms, designs, logos, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of RANKVERI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the service.

8.Acceptable Use Policy (Fair Use)

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. You shall not use the Service to:

• Generate unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or infringing content;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract our scoring algorithms or prompt architectures;
• Use outputs to create or train a directly competing GEO visibility tracking platform;
• Circumvent rate limits, prompt quotas, or account seat limits defined by your plan.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RANKVERI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amounts actually paid by you to RANKVERI during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution in good faith by submitting a written notice to contact@rankveri.com.

If no amicable resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections.
